Welcome to the opening of Allt ljus på Uppsala – Friday 6 November at 15:50 at Vaksala Square!

Join us as we kick off this year’s festival, themed “Courage. Patience.”, with short conversations and opportunities to meet the organisers and artists. You can also buy a cup of coffee in support of Uppsala Stadsmission. Bring someone special and start the evening with us – together, we’ll count down to the moment the first light installations are illuminated as November darkness falls.

Gather your friends, colleagues or family and be among the first to experience the light installations. Share your impressions, talk about what you see and feel how the city is transformed by light.

Dress warmly and feel free to arrive a few minutes early.
