A seed. A choice. A movement that slowly changes everything.
In The Horizon Particle, your own movements become the starting point for something living. By interacting with the installation, you create a seed that gains energy, grows and begins to sprout. Shoots reach out and the plant continues to develop until it eventually blossoms into a tree.
The installation brings together two aspects of change: the courage to take the first step and the patience to allow what has been set in motion to grow and develop over time.
N1 studio is an international artist collective with around 50 members from countries including Japan, Germany and Sweden. In The Horizon Particle, the group collaborates with Korean artist Byunghee Sung, whose work is characterised by emotionally charged acrylic paintings and a metaphorical visual language.
Cube of Art is a digital art museum in Uppsala focused on interactivity and AI. Here, visitors encounter art that is constantly evolving — and that they themselves help create. During Allt ljus på Uppsala, the company presents its own light installation at its venue, where creativity and technology merge to illuminate the art experience of the future.
