The moon has left its usual place in the sky and descended to the surface of the Fyrisån. Suddenly, it is right here within reach – in the heart of the city and during our different lives.
We live under the same moon, but our circumstances, experiences and paths through life are different. And yet, we share the same sky and the same world.
The moon reminds us that what unites us is often greater than what sets us apart.

Andreas Wiil and Andreas Almstedt both have roots in Uppsala and work with lighting design in temporary installations and permanent projects. Wiil is the founder of State of Light, and Almstedt is CEO of Zenisk Sweden. The Other Sky is the result of a collaboration between them, created specifically for its location in the Fyrisån and in dialogue with its surroundings.
